Introduction:
Ⅰ.Field of application
The Intelligent HL-15 is applied in advertising painting industry.Spraying cloth, Lightbox Fabric, Shade cloth,shearing cloth,Baoli cloth,mesh cloth、PVC、PE Hot-melt plastic membranes。
II.Characterics:
Weld PVC.PE.No glue needed,temperature and speed is adjustable,eupipped with temperature sensor,can control and test the temperature,and  make it a constant temperature.No matter how the length of the tarpaulin,the splicing result won’t change.

Operation steps:
1.First of all,lighten up the spraying cloth, target the sew.(2-5cm),and fix the cloth on the ground with glue.
2.Insert the power cord into the machine
3.Turn on the red button beside the outlet.
4.Turn the black button to the right,adjust the speed (usually put it on 4 )
5.Turn the handle in the back of the machine to the left,till the spout is straight-line with the wheel,then the machine begin to walk.For speed,please adjust the black button.After adjust the speed,turn the handle to the right till the spout leave the ground.
6.Adjust the temperature.Press the temperature down button,adjust the temperature accroding to the thickness and durable of the cloth.Usually,you put some materials in the spout,if the material melt immeditally.Then that is the proper temperature.
7.After adjust the temperature and speed,turn the golden button to the right,when you hear the voice “Ka”,it begin to heat.When the actual temperature reach to your set temperature,it begin to weld..
8.During working,put the edge of  the  right-wheel in a level with the edge of sew.
9. Handle the handle to the left till the spout insert into the sew totally.The machine begin to walk.
10.During walking,if the spout melt the spraying cloth.first you should turn the black button to the right a little,then the speed is faster,in that way,it won’t melt the cloth.But you  shouldn’t turn the black button in a very urgent speed, it will make the machine can’t go in a straight way.In that case, it may cause panic or can’t weld or damage the cloth.
11.Before using,please adjust the machine as the instruction,and choose a proper temperature and speed.
12.During walking ,use your hand to control the handle in the left of the machine to make it walk in a straight way.
13.On the completion of splicing,turn the handle to the right,till the spaut leave the spraying cloth.At this time,you can turn off the temperature button(turn the golden button to the left,when hear the voice “Ka”).But you couldn’t turn off the power cord and the power button,in case the left-heat damage the heater,and make the machine couldn’t work.
14.After splicing,you must wait till the temperature below 20℃,then you can turn off the power cord and the power button.
15.Long time no use,put the machine in a dry place.Other matters please reference the CD and instruction book.
16.本设备工作电压为：110-240V，严禁私自拆机，否则后果自负。
16.The working voltage is 110-240V.To open the machine ,the result is due to youself.
17.We won’t notify if the products have some change.Please tel the agents in local area,the factory has the final interpretation.
18.Don’t use the machine in wet weather.the working place must dry and flat.Pay attention to the fire,the machine should have technical person to operate.
19. The warranty period is 1 year,heating elements are not in the warranty scope due    to it being a rapid-wear article ,and we are only responsible for the supply of fitting,but the cost is subject to the client .
20. Fittings equipped along with the machine include a source line of 10 m ,a piece of alternate heating element ,a instruction book and a CD.
21.All the products of this factory have applied the national patents.And the trademark has been registered,no copy allowed.
